Welcome to the 2023 Vendor Registration - WWCA Fall Convention/Clinic!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and submit a sponsorship payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card ready if paying online using a credit card.  Following the completion of this session, you will see a charge on your account from Wisconsin Wrestling Coaches Association.  

Dear Vendor,

The 2023 Fall Wrestling Conventioni/Clinic sponsored by the Wisconsin Wrestling Coaches Association is rapidly approaching.  As the clinic’s chairperson, I would like to extend an invitation to your company or organization to join us in what has become one of the most outstanding wrestling clinics in the country.  This year’s clinic is scheduled for Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency & KI Convention Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Participation as a vendor is a great way for your products and services to be viewed first hand by the very individuals who will purchase and promote your product(s).  Your company or organization may take part in this clinic program by; displaying your merchandise, contributing a door prize, and/or by making a financial donation that will help us offset the cost involved in organizing the clinic.

If your company or organization is interested in purchasing a display booth or making a contribution, please refer to the accompanying information sheet for online registration.  The cost of a single booth is $200 and $300 for a double booth for the two-day event

As a benefit to registering, the WWCA will recognize your company on the WWCA website, in the clinic folder and the George Martin Hall of Fame banquet publication.  In addition, the WWCA has recently created social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook that will allow us the opportunity to explore more advertising options for your business.  Registrations will only be taken online.
