Welcome to the 2023 Fall Convention/Clinic and/or

2023/2024 WWCA Annual Membership Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or banking (ACH payments) information available.  There is also an option available for making payment by personal or company check.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account for credit card and ACH purchasers.  

The online registration process will allow you to register for the 2023 WWCA Fall Convention/Clinic or to register for an annual WWCA Membership.  The Fall Clinic registration includes a WWCA membership and a George Martin Hall of Fame banquet ticket.  If you wish to purchase additional George Martin Hall of Fame banquet tickets please access the link to the George Martin Hall of Fame Banquet Ticket site on the Membership/Clinic page or from the HOF Tickets tab on top navigation bar of the home page.

Some things to consider when registering:

1. If you had previously created an account through a previous year's registration, please use the same account and password for this year's registration process.  Please follow the instructions for retrieving a forgotten password.
2. If you are registering other individuals for the clinic or a WWCA membership, you must enter each individual's personal demographic information separately, including separate individual emails.  Do not duplicate information.
3. If you are unsure of your WIAA District number, please refer to the WWCA home page under Programs/High Schools and the title "WIAA Districts" window.
